The Téléphérique de Notre-Dame d’Afrique is an urban cable car connecting lower Bologhine with the Basilica of Notre-Dame d’Afrique on the hills above Algiers. Opened in 1984, the cableway climbs approximately 81 metres over a 268-metre route in about two minutes. It provides convenient access to the basilica while offering elevated views over Bologhine and the Mediterranean coastline.
