National Museum of Military History

National Museum of Military History preserves and presents South Africa’s military heritage through extensive collections of weapons, vehicles, aircraft, uniforms, photographs, documents and other historical artefacts. Established in 1947, the museum covers South African involvement in major military conflicts and serves as a memorial and educational institution. Visitors can explore exhibitions, guided tours, research facilities and military displays.
