Lido Beach evening gatherings

Lido Beach is one of Mogadishu’s main evening social destinations, where families, young people and friends gather along the Indian Ocean shoreline. After sunset, beachfront restaurants and cafés provide seafood, tea, coffee and fruit drinks while visitors enjoy the sea breeze and sunset atmosphere. Weekend evenings are generally the busiest, with informal social gatherings and occasional music.
