Kisantu Botanical Garden day trip

Kisantu Botanical Garden is a historic botanical garden in Kisantu, Kongo Central, founded around 1900 by Brother Justin Gillet. Covering about 225 hectares, it contains more than 3,000 plant species, including palms, orchids, medicinal plants, fruit trees, succulents and an arboretum. The garden extends along the Inkisi River and is a popular nature day trip from Kinshasa.
