Hallmark House Hotel

Hallmark House Hotel was a distinctive boutique hotel in Johannesburg’s New Doornfontein/Maboneng area, combining industrial architecture with contemporary African-inspired design. The property featured 46 rooms, rooftop spaces, restaurants, the Marabi jazz club, and city views. Originally a diamond-polishing factory, the building was transformed by architect David Adjaye into a hotel and mixed-use destination before its permanent closure.
