Colombe de la Paix

Colombe de la Paix (Peace Dove) is a prominent national monument and urban landmark in Lomé. The white dove, perched on a globe and holding an olive branch, symbolizes peace and national unity. Created by Italian sculptor Franco Adami in the 1980s, it stands at a major intersection connecting several important roads, including routes toward the airport.
