Cimetière Chouhada

Cimetière Chouhada is one of Rabat’s large historic Muslim cemeteries, situated near the Kasbah of the Udayas and overlooking the Atlantic coast. Also called Chouhada or Sidi Al Khattab Cemetery, it covers around 15 hectares and contains thousands of graves. Its walls, traditional tombstones and coastal setting make it a distinctive historic and cultural site within Rabat.
