Cairo Tower

Cairo Tower is a 187-meter landmark on Gezira Island in Cairo’s Zamalek district. Completed in 1961 and designed by Egyptian architect Naoum Shebib, its lattice exterior was inspired by the lotus flower. Visitors can take an elevator to the observation deck for panoramic views across Cairo and the Nile, while the tower also features dining facilities.
