Listing Description
Bab El Had is one of Rabat’s most famous historic gates and marks the southwestern entrance to the city’s old Medina. Built in the late 12th century under Almohad Caliph Yaacoub El Mansour, the monumental gate formed part of Rabat’s defensive walls.
