Alexandria Corniche

Alexandria Corniche is a famous Mediterranean waterfront promenade stretching along Alexandria’s coastline from the Qaitbay area in the west toward Montaza in the east. Developed in stages during the early 20th century, it offers sea views, beaches, cafés, restaurants and walking areas. Major landmarks along the route include Stanley Bridge, Bibliotheca Alexandrina and several historic waterfront districts.
