Al Uruba Hotel was a landmark waterfront hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia, renowned for its distinctive Arabesque architecture, ocean views, gardens, and role as a prestigious venue for conferences and international visitors. Located near the Indian Ocean and Lido Beach, the hotel became an iconic symbol of Mogadishu’s former hospitality sector. The historic building was severely damaged during Somalia’s civil war.
