Achimota Forest

Established in 1930, it covers about 360 hectares and provides a green escape from the city, with opportunities for nature walks, wildlife viewing, birdwatching, photography, and outdoor recreation. The forest is also home to the Accra Zoo and is an important urban conservation area.
