Kabaka’s Palace, commonly known as Lubiri Palace, is the official royal compound of the Kabaka (King) of Buganda, located on Mengo Hill in Kampala. The palace complex includes Twekobe, royal grounds, historic sites, and the famous underground chambers associated with Uganda’s 1970s history. It is connected to Buganda’s administrative centre, Bulange, by the Royal Mile.
