Mandela House

Mandela House, also known as the Nelson Mandela National Museum, is the former home of Nelson Mandela in Orlando West, Soweto. Built in 1945, the house became the Mandela family home in 1946 and is now a heritage museum. Visitors can explore preserved rooms, photographs, memorabilia, exhibitions, and historical displays documenting the Mandela family’s life and South African heritage.
