Marché Tokpa

Marche Dantokpa is one of Cotonou’s major traditional markets and is commonly known simply as Tokpa. Established in 1963, the market developed into a major open-air commercial centre beside the Cotonou Lagoon, with extensive trading in textiles, clothing, food, household goods and other merchandise.
